1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in the "Highway 91 Kickin' Concrete for Cancer" relay (the "Event") involves physical activity on gravel and paved roads. By registering, you acknowledge that running/walking is potentially hazardous. You should not enter unless you are medically able and properly trained. You assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, traffic, and road conditions.


2. Release of Liability

In consideration of the acceptance of your entry, you hereby waive, release, and discharge Highway 91 Kickin' Concrete for Cancer, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and the towns of Snyder, Dodge, Howells, Clarkson, and Leigh from any and all claims for death, personal injury, or property damage.


3. Refund Policy

Because this is a charitable event where 100% of proceeds go to families in need, registration fees and donations are non-refundable, even in the event of inclement weather or cancellation.


4. Medical Consent

You consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event.
